Sivori Family

Detective Robert Sivori, known by friends as “Bobby”, was a lifelong Staten Islander and served in the NYPD for 19 and a 1/2 years.  The majority of his career was spent in the Emergency Service Unit, helping fellow officers and civilians during some of the most dangerous and unpredictable situations.  On July 7, 2024, Detective Sivori was lost to suicide, leaving behind a wife and three small children.

McKee Family

This year, we are proud to honor the life and legacy of NYPD Officer Patrick McKee.

Patrick was a devoted husband, father, son, and friend. He graduated from Pearl River High School, SUNY Oneonta, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice, earning a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Public Administration. He joined the NYPD in 2015 and served with pride in the 44th Precinct.

Beyond his service, Patrick was known for his kindness, charm, and deep love for his family. He met his soulmate, Kaitlin, in college, and together they built a life filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. Their children, Carter and Casey, were the center of his world—his mini-me and his little princess.

Though Patrick is no longer with us, his legacy lives on through his children and everyone he touched.

A portion of this year’s proceeds from Running Toward Change will go directly to support Carter and Casey, Patrick’s beloved children.
