proudly Serving our veterans & first responders - and their families.

Our Vision

Running Toward Change (RTC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and first responders affected by PTSD, job-related mental disorders, and substance abuse. Our mission is to provide financial relief and experiences that promote healing for families who have suffered the loss of a loved one due to these struggles.

Additionally, we want to:

  • Raise awareness about the mental health challenges faced by veterans and first responders.
  • Provide financial assistance to the families of those left behind.
  • Create opportunities for healing through sponsored experiences, such as family vacations.

In 2025, Running Toward Change’s primary initiative will be a high-impact endurance race that raises funds to support the families of two NYPD officers. The funds will be directly donated to the officer’s children.
